At the conference dinner in the Schweizerhaus traditional Austrian dishes and the famous Budweiser beer will be served. Of course, vegetarian food and non-alcoholic drinks will also be served.

On July 4, 1910 the International Society for Photogrammetry, now the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) was founded in Vienna on initiative of Prof. Eduard Dolezal. The ISPRS is a non-governmental organization devoted to the development of international cooperation for the advancement of knowledge, research, development education and training in photogrammetry, remote sensing and their applications, and to contribute to the well-being of humanity and the sustainability of the environment.
The centenary of the ISPRS will be celebrated at the location of its foundation, the Vienna University of Technology and will be framed by two conferences from July 1-7, 2010
